The most impressive thing was the response time during a homeowner's really stressful situation!  The flooded basement was not evident until nine thirty at night. My first call was to Rainbow and its owner Ervin Culiu. This was a situation that i knew my homeowners insurance would cover. ..minus my deductible.  Within the hour the truck was in my driveway with vacuum in action to remove the water.  The drying equipment was put into place and left to remediate humidity and wet areas. The next day he returned to monitor the levels of moisture and humidity.  A  plasterboard wall was saturated up to 5 inches above the floor. While  I've heard some companies would've torn down the wall (adding to the cost of the job) he had a plan in action to dry the wall completely. Of course, this was lots less aggravation and mess for the homeowner! Thankfully, he even  managed to get this 8 X 10 rug out of the house for disposal  Going into the basement today, you'd never know it was in such bad shape a short time ago.
