Mike has been treating our yard for ticks for 4 years now. He does the job in a timely manner, does the job when we're not home, and leaves the bill in our mailbox. He always makes sure to spray into our wooded perimeter as well, so our kids won't get ticks if they go a short way into the woods to retrieve a ball or something. The treatment is always effective; we don't get ticks from our own yard. The kids can roll around in the grass with peace of mind. During his last visit in May, Mike treated the fascias of our house to remove carpenter bees that had been buzzing around them for no extra charge. That did the trick; 3 months later and no carpenter bees around the house. We appreciate the extra effort.

We had a large family party on Saturday and had a massive ant invasion the day before. Called a couple pest companies, left messages and only heard back from Mike. He was very understanding, told us when he would be at our home and was on time. He threw on his mighty ant killing backpack and made sure they weren't going to be permanANTS.

Very well! Mike actually came three times, as the first time was right before a power wash arrangement, which would have washed his treatment away. Mike was very accommodating to reschedule and helped us after the treatment with a wasp nest on our shed. Very professional service.

Pest Control Technology came out the same day that I called them and provided exceptional service. I like the fact that the man that came out was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He seem to know a lot about my problem and also about how to control them going forward. He also made me feel very comfortable with having him in my home and liked the fact that he seems generally concerned with helping me and my family. I have recommended him to several people already and would recommend him to anyone that has a pest control problem

After being stung by yellow jackets and attempting to rid them by can spray to no avail, I called  Pest Technologies on a Friday at 4:45pm.  My  call was returned that evening and a service call was performed that Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend.  After one treatment,  the yellow jackets Mike discovered nesting under my vinyl house siding were completely removed.  Several wasp bee nests were also discovered during the inspection and removed also.  I was given a reasonable quote up front which included all service necessary to correct my situation.  Follow up visits were made by Pest Technologies to insure the bees did not return and attempt to rebuild nests.  I was extremely pleased with the quick prompt response and the following day service call.  Mike was concerned about the safety of myself and my family since I was already stung by yellow jackets.  I highly recommend his services.

After my first call (late July) it took a while to get a call back--Mike said he'd been out of the office but someone was supposed to call me and he was disappointed with them that they didn't.  I told him I have a nest of yellow jackets and he said they're the nastiest critters he deals with and he wasn't sure how he'd tackle my situation (they're coming and going through holes in the skirting to a nest in the ground under my double-wide).  I was about to leave on vacation so we agreed I'd call him back and we'd set up an appointment.
All my other calls (3 or 4 of them, August 4-22) went to voicemail and none of them were returned.

IT worked! I had tried all my home remedies in vain. He solved the problem right away. He was also informative and helpful.

One treatment and have not seen any ants since.

Mike is very timely when making an appointment and shows up on time. He looks over the entire house including the basement looking for pests and pest damage. He puts out traps to see any bugs you might have and if he finds something bad, he takes action as needed. He sprays the outside foundation to protect the inside from pests. We live in a wooded area and need to be certain we have no termites. We have used his services for over 20 years and have never had a complaint. We highly recommend Pest Technologies.

Living in a heavily wooded of Medford filled with ticks, I wanted to have the yard treated to protect my young sons from deer ticks and the possibility of Lyme disease. Michael was able to treat my yard in a timely manner, 2 days prior to a big birthday bash to be held in my backyard. I didn't want my guests and their kids to get ticks on them from my yard.
The price for treatment was on the low end compared to what others were quoting me for the same service.
Michael is experienced and knowledgeable about his business. He explained what chemicals he uses and that they provide protection for about 3 months, so we would be protected for the majority of tick season. Michael also sprayed 10-15 feet into the wooded perimeter of the yard to provide additional protection should my sons venture into the woods to get a stray ball, etc.
2 months after the treatment, ticks have not been a problem in our yard.

We were having a terrible problem with ants this season.  We had never used a professional, because we always felt we could handle the outbreaks with over the counter treatments.  Not this year.  I  felt I preferred contacting a small,local company versus a large chain.  I found Mike's company on Angie's List and was very satisfied with the service and treatment.  He checks his phone every 30 minutes and was very prompt in calling me back. We were able to schedule and appointment in less than 1 week.  He showed up on time and spent a good deal of time in educating me on the treatment plan, which would be safe for the kids and pets in our home.  He said it would take up to 1 week to notice an improvement and so far I have seen a definite improvement. There was no pressure for future contracts or treatments, but we would definitely use his company again and will probably  use it to prevent future problems like we had this year.

Work is done promptly.....efficiently, and when promised. While a number of neighbors suffer with  insect problems.....I do not!

He doesn't over exterminate, he understands that I don't like a lot of chemicals sprayed around the house, and he just does whatever is needed. I am very careful about the types of chemicals he uses in my house because of health factors.

It went very well.  As I said befor, I have used this company for 20 years and I am a very satisfied customer.
