He did a terrible job. It was done all on the telephone so quickly and did not listen to what we wanted. He insisted on cutting the tree back very hard and I kept saying that I just wanted it trimmed. He did not agree on with what I wanted he thought it was best to really trim it. I looked like crap and he did a terrible job. I was upset because he did not listen to what I wanted and second it looked terrible. He just chopped up the branches. He kept saying that I would thank him later but I told him that right now it looked like lousy. I live in a corner and it was a beautiful brad pear tree, the people driving by saw it and it has like three branches sticking out. When I went to write about him, he already had a bad review on there. So I was going to put another one because obviously he was not good.

The company is inconsiderate, he walked into my house when I had family here. He kept talking about everything else except about how much it was going to cost to cut down the tree. He said have your husband call me about pricing, I will get at least $2000.00 out of him.
