Everything worked out great! My technician was Alan. He was super efficient, very knowledgeable and courteous. He had just the right type of shade in terms of fabric and performance. He placed the custom order and in less than a week I had my new shade installed. The installation was perfection-quick and precise. My new shade is the perfect color and compliment to my decor and it gives me total privacy yet lets the natural light shine through during the day. This shade (Honeycomb) is super easy to maneuver push up, pull down with no annoying strings. Great job, great service and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company

Jen & Josh Blinds was a pleasure to deal with. They came out to our new house the week before settlement to measure and take our order for window blinds for the whole house, ordered the blinds, and installed them in two hours on our move-in day! The blinds are beautiful and we had privacy on day one in our new home! The blinds are great quality and look great on our windows. I have a combination Traditional/Country French décor and thought that blinds might look too contemporary, but Jen & Josh helped me select the perfect style faux wood blinds for my décor. The blinds let in as much or as little light as desired and do not detract from the windows or window treatments. They also helped with selecting just the right window blinds for a small basement window to make it look like a regular sized window. They know what they are doing and do it very well. I highly recommend them.

I've used Alan in the past. He's prompt, professional and his prices are decent. He brings the sample books to the house so I can see how the colors work in the rooms. I shopped a few other places, and his prices were comparable or better. I ordered honeycomb shades, which he was able to have manufactured and installed in less than 3 weeks. They look great.
