Run Wildlife Refuge. We needed help reducing our over all energy costs
and replacing the windows was the first step in the process. Jantek
stepped up and truly helped us out. As a small, but mighty nonprofit, we

Our experience was really great! We highly recommend Janek. Our electric bills are much lower. The windows are so tightly installed with the double pane with argon gas. We don't hear noises outdoors. No more heat or A/C loss either. We are very happy customers! Thank you Janek!

From start to finish it was a pleasure doing business with this company.  The windows are made in Medford, NJ - so USA and local.  We had estimates from other companies - the ones that advertise on TV and radio - but they were all way too high pressure and price.  The people at Jantek were very professional and there were no hidden costs or surprises.  This company is about quality and customer service from start to finish.  The quality of the window is excellent (we had Anderson installed downstairs 7 years ago - but that was extremely costly) and we are very satisfied with the Jantek.  Dave followed up with us to make sure we were happy. I am going to be looking into doors soon and will definitely be using them.

Installers showed up on time and completed the job in a little over 2 hours. Removed and took away all old parts and cleaned up all debris after install was completed. Trim, fit, and finish is better than first rate. The ease of operation with this new door makes me smile every time I use it and that's a lot.

Phil, the salesman was very professional and upfront about the product and the cost. He was not high pressure at all.

Dave, the boss, came by and measured the job. Then he came by to make sure we were completely satisfied, in addition to showing us the functional aspects of the window, after the job was done

When the guys showed up, (early, by the way) they got right to work. They were knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. Bobby, the crew leader, kept me updated and informed, all day, about their progress. They worked constantly through the day and completed the whole job by the end of the day. We have dogs, which we needed to move from the yard to different rooms so they could work. The crew was very understanding and willing to work around this. Overall, this is a superb company with excellent employees and a top of the line product.

All of the dealings we have had with Jantek have been pleasant start to finish.
They came out and gave an estimate which was a great price, I didn't know what to expect, but it was much better than I thought it would be.
We waiting about 3 months before deciding to make a commitment, and they were not high pressure at all.
They came out and installed everything, the installers worked hard and made sure everything was done right. So far so good, the windows look great and we saved about $2000 from another estimate we had.
I had called a 3rd local SNJ company to come out and do an estimate and they refused to come out unless both husband and wife were home so they lost out on our business!

Well, they were here when they said they were going to be here. They cleaned up. They did a very professional job.

They were wonderful! The two men that did the installation were so neat, they even came in and vacuumed the rug after they installed my windows. They were very particular about their work, and I love the windows, they're beautiful!

In general, they were OK.  The installation was fast; it took less less one full day.

Jantek manufactures windows in nearby Medford, NJ.  I had several companies come to my home for estimates.  Jantek's estimate was the most reasonable.  After placing my order, I called the office and asked if I could stop by to see the windows in production. The office staff was very accommodating.  I stopped by and was shown into the factory to see the windows.  They looked nice.

I was given an installation date but was called early that morning and told that the installer was sick.  These things happen and I was not upset about this but I had moved my furniture away from the windows and had to leave it "out of place" until the rescheduled installation date which was about a week later.

Before & during installation everything was OK. The installers arrived with one section of glass for the bay window already broken. A new piece of glass was brought to my home the same day, it broke on site. They come back another day with a third piece of glass which was finally was OK.  After the installation we had a number of days of steady rain. The garden window leaked. I emailed them regarding the problem. The foreman said he would come & fix the problem & I didn't need to be home.   He could "repair" it from the outside.
 
I never heard from them again until I emailed & asked if someone had come. I received the response that someone had been here and "took care of it." The email also stated that I should "clean my gutters" implying that it was my fault that the window was leaking.

When I emailed him with my question "What did you do?" I never received a response. Two things: whether or not my gutters need cleaning my brand new windows should not leak & my email should have been responded to. I will provide an update to the soundness of my windows at an appropriate time i.e. once weather conditions have adequately tested them.
