Landscaping
We thought the job was alright, but they did not return to reimburse us for the dead bushes they planted. I called about a month after the planting to let them know that the bushes were dead. I was told they would come out to replace them and they never did. I had a guarantee that I would have a one year replacement for the dead bushes. I was told they were busy with big jobs and would get to me when they could. I never received a call even after requesting them to call me back. I sent a letter to them regarding the issue and they did not even respond after that. I sent a return receipt request and someone received it and signed it, but we still have not heard from them.
