Went very well - outstanding actually. When they finished, cleaned up all waste and carted away. Very fine job.

Everything they said they did and the work was excellent! I will definitely recommend and use them, again.

We ended up going with another company because our neighbor had used them and we got a better deal. They were fine. They were very polite. They were very timely, nothing negative whatsoever. I think it was fine for me. If I did not use the people my neighbors had I would have used them. They were a little bit more expensive but I don't think it was much. They were thorough. They covered everything.

The crew did a great job. Very professional. They arrived on time and cleaned everything up. All the work they did was definitely worth the cost.

Called Aug 3, was told Sonny would be out on Monday Aug 7 between 11 am and 11:30 am, it's now 4 pm and no one called or came out?b Real professional?

I would highly recommend First Class Tree Service for your landscaping needs. They removed approximately 10 trees from a very overgrown and neglected lot I had just purchased. They worked around a tight timeframe since I was also having fence installed. Very professional, they did a great job, stumps removed, debris removed. They are appropriately named "First Class". Will definitely hire them again!!

First Class Tree Service provided good initial and prompt contact for providing an estimate and scheduling a date to remove a tree.  Then, they didn't show up as scheduled and did not return multiple call s requesting status and rescheduling.  Ended up canceling the work.

It went so well that 2 of my neighbors approached Sonny to do work for them. Sonny and his crew are truly First Class all the way!!! Thanks Sonny and bros!

Sonny and his expert crew were on time, respectful, thorough, and highly skilled. They left the property clean and well groomed. Sonny's knowledge and skill helped me make some tough decisions on two trees in particular. I am totally satisfied with the work performed by First Class. I will use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of expert workmanship. His pricing beat all other competitors!

Sonny came out on April 10 to give an estimate. We approved the estimate and he told us that he did not want to place us on the schedule because it would be easier if he could just fit us in when he could. It has been two weeks now and still no one has shown up. I tried contacting the office on multiple occasions, but my calls were never returned. I contacted a different company and they were out the same day and conducted the work for significantly less.

The crew arrived with the proper equipment needed to get the job done right. They coordinated removing the trees, stumps and cleanup of the debris. We were very happy with the work and would use them again and recommend to others.

The crew came the appointed day, worked carefully and diligently, and did a thorough cleanup. I was very happy with the result.

This company was great. Very courteous and professional. All services performed as expected. Gutter services complimentary with jobs over a certain amount. During the process one of the guys was kind enough to inform me one of the trees was a cherry and asked if I wanted to keep it. I did. A great gesture. This was the third company we've used from Angies and this is by far the best experience we've had. We will definitely use them in the future. Very professional, very clean and very thorough. Great group of people to work with. Overall very happy with the work.

They are pretty good. I love the guy. He was so nice, but lot of the plants that he put in areas pick up sun, they weren't supposed to be in the sun. As far as taking down trees and cleaning up they are excellent. By the time they are going they clean up everything so far as trees go we have used them for that before. I like how the plants looked, but when I found that they weren't conducive to the areas we put them in. The guy was such a sweetheart. I am just disappointed with some of the plants they put in not conducive to sunshine. They should have been in the shade and I had to move them and couple of them died. He was very responsive. They were here when they said they were going to be here, the only thing is about the plant that he put in.

I was incredibly impressed with the workmanship of this company. They showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up their mess and got the job done. Sitting out in my sunroom, watching them, was like watching artists at work. They knew how to make the cuts, and where, to manipulate the trees or branches to fall as they wanted them to. It truly was a sight to see, and yes, it obviously doesn't take much to awestruck me! The only reason I am giving them the score I am giving them, is like other reviewers, after the job was "done". there was still stumps that has been left by previous owners that we had agreed would be ground down. That wouldn't have been an issue, just come out at some point to take care of it. When Sonny came to collect the $6000 cash, he told me his guys would be out the following morning (a Saturday) to take care of those stumps. I got up that Saturday morning with the pups, and waited...and waited...and waited....no one ever showed up. OK, maybe they got busy on their other job. I'll call monday. I call August 8th, August 10th, and nothing. I sent message and emails as well... FINALLY, on 8/18, they got back to me and said they were on vacation (would have been great to know that-especially as the person who take appointments said she always has that phone on her- so that I would not have become so agitated and thinking that they ran off with my $6000 without finishing the job. Thankfully, they came out yesterday and finished the job. I wish there was not so much pulp left over from all the trees cut down and ground up, but what are you going to do? I dont think I can expect them to shovel all that and take it with them...can I? I am so new to home ownership I dont know what to ask for! I am just so glad it finally gotten taken care of. I hope they can learn from this and keep people, who are waiting on their services to be performed, in the loop when they wont be around. Also, if you say your guys are going to come on a Saturday, and then dont... a call with an apology would go a long way. Because, to us, it seemed like they took off with our money and didnt finish the job. Our experience was not bad enough where we would not use them again, but if we did we would definitely stress the importance of keeping us up to date and making sure the full job was finished before giving them the money. I recommend this company, but also recommend you keep on them for communication. Thanks First Class! Love my new open backyard! Cannot wait to start seeding for grass and a garden :-)

First Class Tree was contracted to cut down and de-stump multiple trees in our backyard. They came to us and said the job was finished, we paid them in full. We went outside and they had not removed the stumps, and had badly damaged part of our fence. We contacted the owner who swore he would return immediately to finish the job. Three weeks later, after more contact attempts, I demanded money back. He swore he would drop a check off. We never heard from him again and attempts to contact him go unanswered.

They did a fantastic job.  They removed all visible roots in the front yard and the tree they planted is thriving and healthy.  The back yard looks like a different place!  They really cleared the area very nicely - they cut back branches on existing trees.  The wooded area now looks neat and clean.  
They were very prompt in coming out for a quote and quickly arranged for the utility markings.  They came on the scheduled day and left the area very clean and neat.  
They were very easy to work with, responsive and pleasant.  I would highly recommend them!

Sonny came out and gave a fair quote. His team arrived on time the day of service and did great work making sure to leave it clean. They were in and out in 5 hours and if the trees weren't gone I wouldn't have know anyone was at my house. I would recommend this company to anyone for there tree service needs!

While certainly not the least expensive tree service, First Class is just that ... 1st Class.
Three trees were removed from my back yard, and the stumps were ground flat.  The workers showed up on time, and everything was done in a completely professional manner.
The job took a little longer than expected, but at the end of the first day, all wood not taken away was neatly stacked, and my yard was blown clear of debris before the men left.
After the job was done, again my yard was left better looking than when the crew came.  My home, yard, and furniture were all treated with respect.
I would not hesitate to recommend First Class Tree Service.
