First Choice Property Inspection, LLC.
About us
My Promise to You Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. This I promise you. 100% Guarantee.

"[member name removed], Thank you, I was my pleasure meeting and working with you."
Ed mentioned that he would be unable to test the A/C units (4 in all) on the original inspection appointment because the overnight temperature was too cold to safely operate them. He did however offer to come back to collect his Radon sampling system later in the week and at the end of the day so that the units would have had time to warm up so that he could complete the evaluation for them.
His reports was very detailed and well documented with pictures that illustrated all of the issues that he noted. The home inspection and radon reports were received in a very timely manner.
He and his report were very informative. Thank you Ed for a GREAT experience.
