Horrible company ( one bs story after the next) Horrible owner ( bs salesman, temper tantrums like a baby, and will threaten you but then want to shake your hand). Was told by the owner that the project was going south about 10 different times. When u say u will complete the project in 3-4 weeks and 10 weeks later we were begging diamond pools ( Scott Jarvis) to finish the pool project. We had a hole in the ground with bullfrogs for to many weeks. Ridiculous. Horrible workmanship ( multiple issues with the construction of our pool and the stamped concrete that the owner Scott Jarvis installed himself.). Scott asked for a punch list and then handed it back to us and called it a wishlist. Don’t walk from this company run as fast as you can.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unprofessional owner who had constant temper tantrums and was a bully. He left in the middle of the job. All inspections failed. We had to have another company fix the mess he created. We had held the last payment, and was able to put that payment toward the pool company who had to finish and correct the job. This company has been sued multiple times. I wish I had known this before I used them. I had another one of his customers contact me through Facebook after seeing my review who said they were going through the same thing, he left their job and took their money.

They have been doing work for me for three years. They are good.

We've been using their services for several years now, and everything is going well.  Their technicians are always friendly and helpful, they do the work as promised, and they always arrive on time for any scheduled appointments.

It was the worse customer service experience  I have had in the last decade from any service company.  They called the day of the service not the day before as I had been told and sent one guy out who said my cover would not work. It was the same cover that we had on the year before with the same pool and same deck, which we had installed ourselves. I had contacted Diamond Pool to cover the pool since we could not do it ourselves due to a broken foot, they returned my call promptly and I told the caller that it was an above ground 16 x 32 foot pool with a deck. They quoted me a price which I agreed to and gave them a $100 deposit, I was told that they would call me the day before since I had called so late in the season and wanted it done by end of Sept.  That was perfectly acceptable as it would allow me to do any prep needed for them to arrive.
On the day that they had someone suddenly available they called and asked if same day was OK and since I had a family member home, I agreed. The first guy showed up, unpacked the pool cover, announced it was the wrong cover for the job and left. I might add with the cover and pool closing parts dumped in a pile on my pool deck. I called and asked why that had happened and the company sent another team out. The second guys only blew out the lines because we asked about it ," not how they close an above ground pool" ,not that it mattered since they did not lower the level of the water , " not needed". The pool had the skimmer covers snapped on, the output jets plugged and the caps to drain the filter removed.  The second set of guys then walked away since they were having difficulty installing the cover. Note that there is enough space to tuck the cover down between the deck and pool and is how we the non professionals did it the year before. So basically they left me with the lines full of water as the pool lowered it's level at the skimmer baskets and / or at the plugged jets. And my pool cover was now sinking to the bottom of the pool. The woman on the phone complained that there was dog poop in the yard.. of course there was, I have dogs and had no advance notice they were coming. She also said she was keeping my $100 deposit for job that they did not complete. So I ended up being worse off then if they had never come and I feel cheated out of my deposit. I would NEVER recommend they to anyone EVER.

They need to have better control og their subcontractors. I felt they should have been on site when gas, electric and concrete work was being done.

No major problems. But many gaps in timeline. Was supposed to be 4-6 weeks and was more like 12 weeks with fits and starts. Concrete was underestimated. The plan was for 3 feet around the pool but the reality is that 3 feet is way to narrow. And does not account for sitting area. This was an extra 2-3K. The pool company should have mentioned that during the contract phase. In the end, the pool is beautiful and has worked well all summer.

The service was excellent. I saved a lot of money too by going with them. They did an excellent job. They did a little line of damage but they came and apologize and the next day they made those repairs. We were very happy with their work. They even did extra work that I was suppose to do myself and they did it for me and I was very grateful for that. I'm very satisfied with their service. They would get back to me if I didn't get a hold of someone there in their office. They were very nice, friendly and courteous.

One of the easiest contractors I have ever worked with.  They worked around our time table which included going into the fall which most do not do.   They were on time every day and addressed all our concerns.   We have been using them for pool maintenance every year since.

They got the job done and I was happy with the service.  So far I have no complaints.

They were very reasonably priced. They were very knowledgeable and very professional. If they didn?t know the answer to something they would find it for us. They double-check everything. We needed a pool put in relatively quickly and they got us on schedule very fast. They put our pool in and we opened it the following year. Everything was great. They really worked hard to make sure that the surroundings of the house were taken care of. They made sure that the yard was left the way it was when they started. After they put the pool in they worked to get in on a quick timely schedule. Their follow-up services were always great. They were really a good group to work with. They really cared about giving us a good pool and made sure that we were satisfied with everything we needed.

They were very customer service oriented. They listened to what I needed. They worked very well with me. They cleaned up after themselves very well. They did an excellent job overall.

They were always on time. The owner is very involved. Their customer service is very good, and very attentive.
