+ 0 moreMade an appt with owner Mike Olmstead, who was very nice telling me he and his nephew would do the job btw 10am-12pm on 9-4-19. I called at 12;10 and asked when he would arrive.He asked me who I was again, and where I lived, and what he was supposed to do..sounded very distracted. I answered his ? and he responded that he would be there by 12:30pm. Called back at 1:30, 2:30, and 3;30pm and left msgs. NO CALL BACK. NEVER SHOWED! UNACCOUNTABLE/UNAPOLOGETIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would suggest NO ONE EVER HIRE HIM. He had a coupon in Clipper magazine for $29.95 special for chimney & fireplace cleaning, which expires today. Have not heard from him to even explain or reschedule. Wouldn't give this rude man ANY future business. BEWARE!!!
