About us
Tim and Roberta Sherlock started Aloha Pool & Spa Service in 2003. After more than 20 years in the industry, Tim felt there was a need for a Pool and Spa store with the focus on customer service. "Our business model is based on delivering a quality product and outstanding service for a fair price, which we achieve through honesty, integrity and hard work." Like many other extremely successful enterprises, Aloha Pool & Spa Service started as a home-based business with two employees and one truck. Over the past eight years, Aloha Pool & Spa Service has grown into a very successful company with a 2,000 square foot store in the heart of Medford, NJ; a fleet of nine trucks; 15 employees and over 1,600 clients.

Aloha Pool & Spa Service is an authorized dealer for Hayward, GLI Pool Liners, Pentair, Pentair and Dolphin pool cleaners. Some of our specialties include liner replacements, Polaris, Rheem, and 100% chemical free surface cleaning., and Pacific pool liners -- just to mention a few. We are also a service center for Hayward, closings and weekly service. We offer the latest advances for “going green” with energy efficient and solar powered equipment, major renovations, openings, safety covers

Using them again to blow out my lines for closing
"Aloha Pools installed a liner for this lady back in April 2009. At the time of install when we took out the existing liner we patched as much of the existing bottom(v-lite which was installed when the pool was installed NOT by ALOHA POOLS) as possible with 1 bag of mix as per contract that she signed. After the 1 bag the homeowner has the option to pay for more if needed and this customer refused. The only time that anything is visible is at night when she turns on the light in the pool. When she asked me to come out to look at the liner she wanted to make a appointment for 9pm at night. We all ready knew she needed other things patched because we brought it to her attention and she refused the extra work as she didn't want to pay for the extra work. This person tried to reverse the charge on her cc and lost she then contacted the BBB and had this job investigated and when we turned over all the paperwork and the facts she lost that also. After 6+ years this lady continues to bad mouth our company and ruin our good reputation. Please refer to the other reviews not one from something is just holding a grudge for over 6 years. If our company did make a mistake or not do the job properly we would of had NO problem correcting the issue. Tim Sherlock Owner Aloha Pools"
