Communication on payment was a sticking point. The overall tuning was was not done well. I actually took recordings of the piano about an hour after to enter what I knew was not in tune. Even a lay person knew that it wasn't in tune. You can make arguments about the age of the piano and the strings and what not but if a piano is going to fall out of tune, it shouldn't be an hour after tuning.

Wayne is the most thoughtful worker I've had in my home in awhile. Although my piano is older he took great care in removing the picture frames etc... before he started tuning. Wayne's knowledge of how the piano works is amazing! I was very impressed that he was in my home for over an hour to make sure everything was good. The pricing was comparable to others I checked.

My piano was a gift from my grandmother and badly needed tuning. I contacted Wayne solely because of the reviews here and I couldn't be more pleased! Wayne was able to bring the piano up without breaking any strings! He took the time to explain why my piano would need more than one tuning to bring it to 440A and did not "rush" me into getting it done. Wayne is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and reasonably priced, what more could I want?! I will definitely recommend Wayne and use his services again, I am more than pleased with his work!

I had contacted a few other tuners in the area and received estimates 2X what Wayne was charging. When the other tuners looked at the pedals and keys they advised the repairs would be costly and take 3-4 months; Wayne completed the job in 4 WEEKS!

Wayne was excellent! He was in and out within an hour and very pleasant. He explained how the pedal broke and repaired it for $10! Although my piano is over 20 years old and moved quite a bit he did not try to sell me extra repairs, instead he made suggestions that I could work with until I could afford to have the work done and even with that he said he would work with me when the time came! Outstanding, professional and REASONABLY PRICED.
