Company was very responsive and professional while work was being performed. But, this year a leak was noticed during a large rainstorm. Simple enough, the flashing around a skylight was leaking. Attempted to call the company on several occasions, sent e-mails, left messages...no response now for several months. The leaks have now gotten worse, still no response.
While the job itself went smoothly, A contractor should stand behind his work, try to get in touch with them! Does not seem to happen! Still have not gotten a response. Will end up hiring someone else to correct this issue

Brian at Vanguard provided the estimate, insured all the work was done completely and thoroughly. He was very honest, giving me advise that cost him additional work but he explained why not necessary. For instance, I had a sunroof that was leaking and I thought it needed replacing. He told me that these were high end sunroofs and all it needed was the glass re-glazed, which he did, no more leaks. Several other areas like that. Vanguard is now my Go-To Contractor!

THEY SEEMED VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I THOUGHT THAT THIS COMPANY CHARGED ME A VERY REASONABLE PRICE FOR THIS WORK. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB WITH EVERYTHING.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT IN THE SALES CYCLE, FRAMING, AND CONSTRUCTION. THEY FELL SHORT IN THE FINISHING. THE HARDWOOD FLOORS DON'T MATCH UP WITH THE OTHER ROOM'S FLOOR. THERE ARE LOOSE TILES IN THE BATHROOM ALSO. I AM NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT.
