They installed a heat/hot water combo and the heat has never worked right and the hot water would always go cold. They would come back, look at the outside, not open the unit, do nothing and charge us! Its always one excuse after another why he can't come here. Every single year we loose our heat!! This time is has been a week with neither heat OR hot water!! He is VERY unprofessional and just won't answer your calls or texts! We are 6 years into a heat/hot water unit that is suppose to last 15-20 years and it has not worked for one full year yet! STAY AWAY YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

It was by far and away the best service I have received from any Angie's List provider. My call was answered quickly and the service call was scheduled for that same week. They came 10 minutes earlier than planned, which was amazing. Showed up with slip ons over their shoes to make sure they did not make a mess (it was a real muddy day) and I am very satisfied with all the work they did. They were very efficient, and left the areas cleaner than they started! (They actually vacuumed the area they were working on.) Will definitely hire again!!!

Horrible service!!
They do not stand behind what they do.
I had new air conditioning installed and it kept popping fuses and then new coil froze up on 7-27-14 and company promised to come to fix and never showed up. They will not answer my calls or respond to text messages . Stay away from this company!!!
Writing this on 7-30-2014 as i sit here with new air condtioning that is NOT working!

Our central heating was blowing cool air. I called Tanous Heating & Air Conditioning at 10pm at night and there was somone there to answer my call :) They came the next day. There was a piece in the furnance that was broken. He said that he didn't have the part and would have to come back the next day. I told him that there was a blizzard coming and I have a young daughter and if there was anyway that he could fix it that day. He was sooooo nice. He called all around to get the part. Once he found somoene who had it he raced over there to pick it up and came back to my house within 30 min and fixed the furnance. It was amazing !!
