Fantastic service. Worked with their in-house artist Veronica to design the logo that was laser engraved on one side of the pen. She then suggested putting the players name and number on the backside of the pen. Gave them out at end of season party to all players and coaches who loved them. The pen is cool because when you click the plunger a second time, there is a flashlight that turns on to light where you write. This company normally sells to businesses so had to buy in bulk but well worth it.
