+ -1 moreWas tricked into purchasing third party fabric treatment. Tried to cancel and was told read your contract no refunds. Two Chairs where delivered damaged. Waited for two new chairs to be delivered. Dust cover on sofa was damaged not fixed yet. We have been waiting since June for delivery of the ottoman and it came today September 2nd. and it was stained had to refuse delivery will now wait for another ottoman hopefully not stained or damaged. Remember we ordered this furniture on June 26th and still the order is not complete. I will not deal with this store again. The manager seems to lack the experience to give good customer service.
Description of Work: Supplied a sofa and two chairs with a ottoman.
