Wonderful. He did everything he was supposed to do. He was here when he said he would be.

Terrible experience. After a long delay, we discovered that the cabinet and mirror had arrived---even though we were promised that we would be called as soon as it had been shipped. The cabinet and mirror had obvious flaws in the finish even though they were covered with "inspected by" stickers. We were told a new cabinet and mirror would be ordered. The company sent only a new front for the cabinet as though we would replace it ourselves! The new mirror arrived separately and was so mismatched to the cabinet finish and had construction flaws that the delivery man suggested we refuse delivery. Round 2: another cabinet is ordered and we tell the manager to get us stain and we will finish staining the original mirror ourselves. Once again there was no attempt by the local store to communicate with us--we had to constantly call. Third cabinet order arrives: We discover a third cabinet has arrived (they don't call) which we then inspect at the store. The wood on the drawer fronts is a complete mismatch with the rest of the order. We understood there could be some color variation, but this was ridiculous. Finally,. . . a positive suggestion from the local store: switch the drawers from the first, flawed cabinet into the new cabinet box. This was something we could live with. Mid July 2013 we followed up with the store manager regarding a possible partial refund for having to do the work on the mirror ourselves and the massive inconvenience we had endured. He said a request had been made to the company and that he was still waiting to hear from the company. We haven't heard from him since, but that is not a surprise.
