CTC CONSTRUCTION & REMODELING LLC

HORRIBLE! They framed my house, but left us exposed for over a month claiming that there was no money. They did not finish siding our house so parts were getting moldy and water damage was occurring. Parts of my existing structure have water damage. Until recently I was still getting water every time it rained. Walls of my new addition and part of my current structure are still exposed, my soffit is still exposed. The siders negligence has caused water damage to my house that will need to be repaired. There is MOLD inside my new addition and on the plywood exterior where there was no tar paper and/ or where tar paper was not put on properly. Eric Kanash, one of the siders who was hired by Camilla Thomas Caucci, dba CTC stated to us that there was tar paper and greenboard under our siding. They stated that the reason water was coming in was due to the windows. It was not due to their craftsmanship. This was a lie as we have found this to be inaccurate in the lack of tar paper and the fact that the windows were not sealed. When we called and told them that we knew there was no tar paper they said they would come back to fix it. They never did. They did not break through between the old house and the addition thank goodness due to leaving us exposed to the elements. We gave him money to have our 2nd and 3rd story decks fiberglassed and to have a 1st floor deck built. We had to end up getting the decks fiberglassed with money out of our own pocket and he never finished the 1st floor deck, leaving us with about $2000 worth of deck materials that we now need to purchase - even though we PAID for this material in a draw to him. We have to get someone to sheet rock, merge the old and new additions, finish insulating, build the deck, and fix what they did wrong /incorrectly. This has been a nightmare. We paid him in advance for sheet rock materials(110 sheetrock pieces) that were never delivered. Also, when they were framing my house and putting on my roof, rain came in and caused damage to my bedroom, bedroom closet, and bathroom. The framers, working under Camilla Thomas Caucci, dba CTC Construction and Remodeling LLC also cut a wire in my bedroom and crushed the heat and a/c ducts going into my bedroom. Finally, when I told Camilla Thomas Caucci that I needed a copy of his license and insurance for my home owner's to make a claim for the water damage, he said he would give me that info, but instead showed up the next day to my property and took all of his materials off the premises along with two pallets of insulation that we had paid for.
