The system has only been installed for a week. So I'm not sure about long-term. However everything seems to be wonderful. The water is so pure and clean tasting. And I love that I am not buying plastic bottles of water anymore. The two people I met were the one to give me an estimate and description of the system. He was again excellent. And the installer of the system was very helpful and explaining things and giving me extra tips about the process. I would definitely recommend this company and this reverse osmosis system to those who are interested in pure water, helping the environment by not throwing plastic bottles away and overall enjoying the softness of the water.

I wouldn't recommend to use this company. Their system is overpriced. I also don't appreciate their selling strategy? you have to commit in the water testing meeting to get a significant ?discount?. The truth is even after the discount, the price is 2-3 times more than other companies offering the same solution. This company prey on the uninformed people who don't shop around. The salesman was extremely pushy and got quite arrogant when he realized he didn't sign us in. We decided to go with another provider?a family owned company that was far more knowledgable, professional and offered a custom system fit to our needs, rather than one-for-all type of a solution.

Works perfect. More expensive that competition but you get what you pay for.

After doing extensive research for an effective water treatment system for my home, I finally decided on Rainsoft based on the hundreds of 5-star reviews on Consumer Affairs. Dealing with Rainsoft was a breeze. The sales rep was helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. The system was installed in my home within a few days, no issues. The system itself is simply amazing. I've noticed a difference in every aspect of the home; cooking, cleaning, bathing. I'm extremely satisfied with my system and the company.

Gus @ RainSoft of Atlantic Water Products was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me about my well/water system. After I had the water test results back, his team installed an Acid neutralizer to correct the PH level in the home.

Water Check Water came out and found that our UV light was leaking. They recommended replacing it. Their price was better than a competitor so we went with them. They installed the new UV light and the sales buy came to check on it the next day. The new light was leaking(faulty O rings in the light from the manufacturer) and he called his installers and they came out the next day. It was fixed and the sales guy checked the water for bacteria the next day and the lab found none. They were very nice to work with and very thorough.
