Offered in your renovation package is a Project Manager who oversees and keeps you informed of your schedule on a weekly basis. World Class K&B pulls your permits, calls your inspections, sends Licensed and Insured Plumbers and Electricians and Master Craftsmen to install your Cabinetry, Tile, Flooring and Countertops.

Two years ago, World Class Kitchen and Bath Design Center remodeled my kitchen. They helped me with all the selections I needed to make (cabinetry, granite countertop, etc.) and were always available to answer any of my questions.
They provided me with a schedule at the end of each week for the following week. All the workers were always on time, friendly, hard-working, and cleaned up at the end of the day. The final result was beautiful.
This year, when it came time to remodel my master bath, I did not hesitate to call World Class Kitchen and Bath Design Center again. I had the same wonderful experience. The bathroom looks beautiful.
I would highly recommend World Class Kitchen and Bath Design Center.

The renovation went well. Joe was extremely helpful and drew the plans according to what we wanted. Donna was helpful in selecting cabinets, tile and hardware; and would give us a weekly schedule indicating which contractor to expect and the approximate time of arrival. Gina and Victoria were great in scheduling deliveries and getting the permits, etc. Mike, the project manager, carpenter and installer did excellent work.

The entire project went very well, and I was kept up to date with work schedules for every week. All contact was punctual and all questions were answered. They were very flexible with additions that I requested and all of the work crews were very professional. I'll be using World Class Kitchens on a future bathroom project........highly recommended!!!

I'll start out with why I marked the price as a "B". There are cheaper companies out there but I think you get what you pay for. So while World Class Kitchen and Bath was more expensive in our case, I think the service they provide and the quality of the finished product are worth the extra cost.
The owners, Joe and Donna, are very involved during the whole remodel. Joe spent several hours with us both in their shop and at our house to make sure we were getting what we wanted and it would actually work in our space. Donna also spent a couple hours with us helping us pick out all the minor details like tiles and knobs.
Having remodeled my own kitchen in the past, I know there will always be some kind of issue that pops up. Joe and Donna were very responsive when this happened with our new kitchen and always addressed the issue in a way that satisfied us.
We are very happy with our new kitchen and would recommend World Class Kitchen and Bath to anyone looking to update their home and want a beautiful, high quality kitchen.

World class completely renovated our entire first floor. We sat with Joe to design our space and he presented a few different ideas. Their showroom had many options for cabinet styles and colors, as well as backsplash tiles. Donna was very helpful in choosing the various styles.
They were spot on with all of their estimates on time and process. You can tell they are experts in this space. When the time came, they demolished the existing space down to the floorboards and wall studs. They coordinated all subcontractors for plumbing, electrical etc. it was very convenient to have them running the whole job, as they were able to plan out each step of the way. Les was our cabinet installer, he was meticulous with every detail. From demo day to the last cabinet handle being installed, they were very communicative and easy to talk with along the way. We didn't have many surprises, as Joe and Donna had discussed so many options with us in the beginning. The total job took about 8 weeks.

From the beginning we were treated professionally and courteously by Joe Vitale and all of his staff and craftsmen. One of the reasons for choosing World Class was that they offer one stop shopping. Their showroom offers samples of cabinetry, countertop material, flooring, backsplash and hardware. They also have appliance dealers who work with World Class when selecting and delivering appliances to our home. The appliance pricing was very competitive. We are not very comfortable when it comes to interior decorating but Joe and his staff were invaluable in helping us select the proper styles, color and materials for our new kitchen. All the craftsmen, from demolition, cabinetry, appliances, plumbing, electrical and painting, were professional and very experienced in their specific field. We were also very impressed with how clean they attempted to leave the construction site after every day even though, at times, that was difficult. World Class kept to its original schedule with those tasks that it was able to control. Joe and his staff were punctual in answering any question and, more importantly, resolving any issues that arose during this project.

The installation of the cabinets went smooth as planned, arrived on time and the installers were great to work with. They did a great job , cleaned up each day with no garbage left behind. They also installed and completed the electrical connections for several new appliances we bought at the same time as the new cabinets.
My only complaint was the faux cabinet doors they installed on my Island to give the look of a cabinet were delivered late and when finally installed did not look as good as they were advertised. Other than that it was a very positive experience.

The design center and salespeople were great and helped us work within our budget. However, our project didn't get started until three months later when they told us it would take 6 weeks, although this was partially the fault of the permitting office, not theirs. I'm not sure if their office filed our permits in a timely fashion, though. The full installation took up to a month, which was longer than anyone had planned for, making the final stages very difficult to schedule. In addition, there were several things that came up during the installation that were not in the original quote so we had to pay more, but these were things (like moving electrical outlets) that should have been obvious and noted originally. They also left a mess of trash in our driveway over a holiday weekend that we had to move ourselves(although they apologized for it, it was still unacceptable). And finally, we did not pass our final inspections making the full job take over 5 months from start to finish. Although I love the work and it turned out great and the workers themselves were great, I don't think I would hire them again because the whole ordeal was very frustrating for the amount of money we were paying. I think there are problems with the people that work in the scheduling office and communicating to the clients and workers. There were a few things they said they would take care of after the installation (like one of the cabinet doors is mismatched), but after receiving their final payment from us we've never heard from them again.

World Class provides full service which includes filing permits, calling for inspections and moving your project along when different trades are called in such as demo crews, plumbers, electricians, contruction, and tile crews. You are correct. Your township took a very long time in issuing the permits. Your paperwork was done in a timely fashion to prevent such delays, but we have no control over the time it takes once the paperwork is inside your township. As I mentioned, we are professionals that provide our customers Craftsmen that master their specific trades. Each time a different trade comes, this causes a short delay. Each time an inspection is scheduled this causes a delay (sometimes a week or more each time). The end result is just what you said.. beautiful. Moving forward, be cautious about a company who promises a speedy process. You want Master Craftsmen which is what you get with our company."

The job went well. They were very good, and we had a good experience with them. They worked with us on the design. They signed a contract and came out completed the job well within the contract that we had. If somebody is looking for a bathroom and kitchen type of remodeling, I would highly recommend people to check them out. Their price was competitive. They weren’t overly expensive, and they weren’t the cheapest either.
