It was a pleasure from start to finish. April was very professional and knowledgeable in designing my kitchen. The owners Jimmy and Julie are wonderful. They follow up on every aspect of the installation of the cabinets. Hugo, installed the cabinets to perfection. Cabinet are of excellent quality. Ordered cabinets in the beginning of January and delivered the 2nd week of February. I would highly recommend them.

Fast and neat and everything was clear and detailed for work performed.

I called The Kitchen Kraftsman to get an estimate on my kitchen renovation. I was helped by April and to my surprise she sent Jimmy the owner out within a few hours to take measurements.Later that day I received a phone call from April who gave me a very fair price . I’m so happy I decided to hire The Kitchen Kraftsman . April was wonderful with explaining the process and helping me choose my decor.Later in the process I was helped by Julie who was also a great help with communicating different steps along the process.Jimmy and his team was very professional and kept things clean during the whole installation. The Kitchen Kraftsman did an excellent job in the complete remodel of our kitchen. The final product was just as we requested. The workers were all professional in the work performed and answered whatever questions we had. The quality of cabinets, backsplash and countertop was excellent. I hired Kitchen Kraftsman to remodel my kitchen 5 years ago and they surpassed all my expectations. They were always on time, professional and did an amazing job. It was truly the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. I’ve never had a problem with any aspect of the kitchen, until recently when one of my drawers didn’t close properly. I contacted the office and Jimmy promptly came out and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. I was expecting to have to wait a long time for service, but he came right out! I cannot say enough about my satisfaction with this company, and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about getting their kitchen remodeled!

We did a full kitchen renovation (new cabinets, countertops, appliances, etc) From the start of the renovation to the end we were very pleased with Jimmy's work. He was very punctual everyday and kept us updated on a daily basis about what work was done and what was upcoming. Any mess that was made was cleaned up the same day. We have received a lot of compliments on our kitchen. We would highly recommend the Kitchen Kraftsman to any of our family, friends, and neighbors.

Jimmy and his team are amazing. They are extremely responsive which is rare with most contracting companies. Emails, phone calls, and texts were all answered within moments to a few hours time. They arrived when they said they would and work was performed within the time line I was told to expect. Again, rare based on my past Reno experiences. I am very particular and all work was done meticulously and to my very high standards. Any tiny scratches on the cabinet doors were taken care of promptly and jimmy even re ordered some doors for me to ensure I was 100 percent satisfied with the final outcome. Kitchen Kraftsman offers superior quality and customer service and I highly recommend them.

The entire staff is wonderful. I was guided through by Apryl who was the calmest and most helpful through such a stressful time. Jimmy, who is the owner, was accesible and very helpful always giving timelines and keeping everything moving. He even suggested that we extend our counter space giving us more real estate in our kitchen . And Danny - who installed the cabinetry is an artist. I would always recommend Kitchen Kraftsman.

Jimmy is amazing I did my kitchen 6 years ago and he still comes back to help and make sure my new appliance fit properly in the cabinet.

Everything went very smoothly. Although there are always little things that don’t go according to plan, Jimmy and Apryl and the rest of the staff were right on top of everything and everything worked out fantastically. There knowledge and experience show in their work ethic and professional. They were all a pleasure to deal with.

Kitchen came out better than we could have ever imagined! The work was done super quick, guys showed up every day, amazing craftsmanship..all around great job! Apryl did an amazing job helping us design the kitchen, thinking of details we would never have even considered and she was so easy to reach and discuss details with throughout the entire project! I am new to the area and found a business card for Kitchen Kraftsman in the car wash on Route 34. I was a little nervous about hiring them for remodeling my kitchen but got over my nervousness very quickly. I checked their credentials with the BBB and found nothing. I found The Kitchen Kraftsman to be very professional, trustworthy and excellent to work with. Jimmy, Apryl and Penny were great -- Apryl working with me on many changes to the plans and being extremely patient; Jimmy being prompt, very helpful with decisions and issues and Penny being cheerful and encouraging with my choices. I was very impressed with the fact that Jimmy came twice to check the measurements for the cabinets. The Kitchen Kraftsman pays attention to details and, in my opinion, is a very honest and professional business. I did not notice a difference in one of the drawers and Jimmy brought it to my attention and had already ordered the new piece. I was not at home when the work was performed and upon my return everything was left neat and orderly. The showroom has a nice selection of cabinets and they recommended a tile place for the granite. I was also very pleased with the recommendation for the tile place -- staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the Kitchen Kraftsman and hope that you will be as pleased as I am.

The entire team at the Kitchen Kraftsman was excellent to work with from start to finish. They took into consideration all of our ideas and visions and carefully designed a kitchen layout that incorporated everything that we asked for. Apryl made many great recommendations during the design process in order to maximize the potential of the space that we had to work with. If fact, she was able to incorporate the island that we wanted, that many other designers said "could not be done", and it came out perfect! After the layout was finalized Jimmy made a follow up visit to our house to carefully check that everything would fit up perfect before installation. From there Jimmy and his team did an amazing job with the installation. Their attention to detail was impeccable and the coordination of the entire project was seamless. They were extremely thorough and made sure to clean up at the end of each day which made the entire process as painless as possible. The entire team was extremely punctual and always showed up exactly when the said they would (even on Sunday)! Jimmy was always super responsive and made himself available whenever we had questions regarding the project. It was an overall GREAT experience and we would definitely recommend the Kitchen Kraftsman to anyone interested in remodeling their kitchen.

Completely and utterly impressed from start to finish! From the minute I walked through the doors of the showroom in Matawan we were greeted by friendly faces. Apryl put my fears to rest and listened to all of my ideas combining her expertise and knowledge to put together a stunning kitchen. We live in Keyport and the houses aren't always easy to navigate with their unusual measurements and spaces that are not always level. Jimmy the owner, came in with his crew and without hesitation built my kitchen in no time. "Krafstman" is literally the very best name for this business because they are absolute masters in the art of cabinetry building!!!

If you are redoing your kitchen you have to use these guys, the reviews are totally accurate. From the moment we designed our dream kitchen with Apryl to the moment it was installed by Jimmy and his team we had nothing but a positive experience. The general contractor they use is out of this world, they pointed us in the right direction for flooring and appliances as well. Everything promised was delivered on time and at reasonable price. The Kitchen Kraftsman did an excellent job on my kitchen remodeling from the day the layout was done on their computer, until the day the cabinets and countertops were installed. The staff at The Kitchen Kraftsman is very knowledgeable and patient (we changed the type of cabinets three times) and we would highly recommend them. My wife and I never imagined our kitchen would turn out so beautiful.

Everyone at the Kitchen Kraftsman were amazing to work with!! April the designer, listened to what we wanted and gave us an amazing kitchen. Jim fixed little issues that arose during the installation process promptly and efficiently. Dean from Dean’s Home Improvements (recommended by Kitchen Kraftsman), were also easy to work with. I have recommended Kitchen Kraftsman and Dean’s Home Improvements to friends and will continue to do so.

The kitchen came out beautiful and each inch of space was utilized well. Their staff was courteous and Apryl the design consultant along with Julie the owners wife were there to answer questions and allay fears. The men that did the install work were immaculate with cleanup. Jim the owner was professional and friendly and was there when he said he would be.... if not you would receive a phone call informing you ...not to keep you hanging. All in all it was a very positive experience and transition!

Prep work including countertop and full backsplash and sink removal was completed by Jimmy of Kitchen Kraftsman. He also completed all necessary electrical preparations. Quartz countertop and full backsplash was installed by R. S. Marble &Granite. After installation Jimmy returned to connect the sink, stove and finish electrical. He was prompt and courteous. My kitchen was left clean and dirt free. I am very pleased with the work done and would recommend Kitchen Kraftsman to friends.

Great. Answered any questions I had. Timeline they gave me was accurate. Came back when and touched up/ fixed a few things I had questions about. Would recommend them for any kitchen renovation.

We worked with April first, the designer who was amazing in terms of helping us bring our vision to life. She really listens and doesn't try to push you to purchase unnecessary add--ons or items. They kept in touch throughout the entire renovation and when it came time to install the cabinetry they did a phenomenal job with the install. Jimmy is a pleasure to work with, he's not only pleasant, but also punctual, responsive and overall helpful. He came to our house multiple times throughout the project to check up on how things were installed, and to address any concerns or questions we had.
