Steve came out to provide an estimate. The estimate was provided within a few days via phone, though I prefer a written estimate. Work went on schedule at the cost quoted in the estimate. They arrived on time and work was done quickly. They cleaned up and disposed of the old door and screen. Steve Svenson, the owner, provided the product warranty information as well as his 5 year warranty on the work provided. I have used Steve for small jobs on numerous occasions. His prices are reasonable and he is always responsive to my calls.
