Received an estimate to replace stair treads and banister on existing stair case. They were the only bid I received and it was too expensive for us to do now. I don't really know how their pricing is compared to others.

The whole job was seamless and very professional. Later, when I determined that I wanted to change one feature on the hand rail, they provided me with the piece of wood I needed to do so. They stained it and delivered it to my house, free of charge.

Rich Barrett (owner's son) came to my house for an estimate and a portfolio of pictures of various types of indoor wooden rails. I selected the type I wanted. Within a week they were installed. John, the installer is a master craftsman who has been installing rails for 26 years. He was courteous and diligent in completing the work. Rich came a few days later as a follow-up to inspect the work and to finish staining the rail tops. Both men were meticulous and professional.
