We picked out the carpet from the store thinking it was a great deal (on sale). However, the carpet was actually also sold in Home Depot and Lowes as a big roll of carpet. Seller had made us think this was a "special" carpet we were lucky enough to find. We purchased the carpet and they were able to install fairly quick.
Once it was installed it looked great. They even cut the rug to fit nicely in both sections without making it look awkward (because of the L) . They lined up the carpet nicely so that the diamond pattern matched.
They seemed in a hurry to collect their money and go. A week or so later they were closed. I'm not sure if maybe they moved to another location. ? ? ?
Either way the work that was done looked good at first but was not quality work . After only a few weeks the carpet started ripping up and tearing at the edges . The carpet edges all around the room are shredding and pretty soon we will have to get a new carpet again after only being in the house a little over a year. Very disappointing.
