In this situation, rarely people want to replace a unit. I called 5 people and no one was willing to come out and replace it, and if they were they were going to charge me something crazy to do it.
This guy came out when he said he would come out and charged me a very fair rate ($1200 for the unit.) If you are looking to replace your wall unit in Hoboken, use this guy. He is the only one who seems to be fair about it.
The unit has had a few issues. One particular time, he came and showed me the dirt in it and cleaned it for me. He gave me a loaner unit. The second time he came, it was leaking. He reinforced the infrastructure around the unit, and that has fixed it.
