+ -1 moreFlorin has lied to us on a constant base. He has yet to fulfill his commitment. He tells us he will start tomorrow and never shows up or call. This job should only have taken a month . 3 months later and the job is far from done! The price was good but it was not worth this. He is not a honest person! I would love to hire a lawyer but it would cost too much! Please be warned
Description of Work: He laid a foundation for a 1 car garage. He has framed the bulilding. That is where it stoped. He is also to redo our roof, and lay a new driveway. He is to replace two windows in our family room.
