JIMBO'S A/C & HEATING LLC

These guys renewed my faith in humanity! Their work was impeccable, they were on time, and cleaned up after the job was complete. We live in a very old historical property and Jim and Lou went to great lengths to avoid disturbing any of the original fabric on the house. After dealing with several companies that were no shows and price gougers, these guys showed themselves to be HVAC professionals. Couldn't be happier with this experience, kudos to Jim and Lou, thank you guys very much.

It went wonderful. He knows his job very well and excelled at it. He explained everything he was doing and explained what all the numbers meant. Very kind and nice . Would recommend him to others . I would call him again if I need too again .

Jimbo arrived just when he said he would. Very friendly and professional. Liked the fact that he explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to get my unit working properly again. I would give him 10 stars but am only allowed 5. Excellent and would definitely recommend him to friends.

Jim was excellent! He was courteous and thorough. He came in with the attitude that he would do everything he could to fix the existing unit and not trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

Fabulous. They worked as a team inside and outside very efficiently. He answered my questions and alleviated any concerns I had. I thought they were very professional and pricing was good - they were flexible and easy to schedule with. He even tried to fix my existing AC before providing a quote for a new AC (the other companies just said it was shot and said I needed a new one).

Jim and his crew were fantastic! My AC had died on one of the hottest days. Jim responded the next day with a quote that was far better than any other AC tech had given me. Not only that he installed a new AC and within 48 hours I was cool again! I would highly recommend Jimbo's Heating & AC!!!

The entire central air conditioning and heating system needed to be replaced. the company's employees were punctual and arrived at my house at 8 a. m. the entire project was completed in 4 hours. Each step of the process was complained along with the operation of the new units. The gentlemen were professional, cooperative and friendly! All the debris from the job was removed. The job was superb! I would highly recommend this company to anyone with HVAC issues!

Jimmy is a true professional who treats the customer with great respect and patience. You can't go wrong, I have some of his business cards because I really like my neighbors and I don't want them looking for an HVAC person any longer. They don't need too! Your search is over, Jimmy is your guy.

It went extremely well!! Jim is a punctual and responsible technician. He clearly explains the repair that needs to be done. Jim performed the repairs in a timely manner. In addition, if there was any problem that occurred after the repair, Jim immediately dealt with it until it was rectified. I would definitely use Jim's services again!!

I called for service and Jim responded quickly. I set up a service time and he arrived on time and ready to go.I was impressed he identified the problem within minutes of his arrival and i was soon back in the comfort of my home.

Back in the July 2017 heat wave, our A/C stopped working. Jim came by the next day and installed a new outside A/C unit and replaced our furnace after explaining that it was likely a good time to do this as well. All done rapidly, at a fair price. No problems since. Fast forward to 2019, and I have water dripping from my A/C/furnace unit in my basement. I texted Jim and he responded in seconds, working me through a basic maintenance act (clearing gunk from a condensation pipe, through a valve he installed just for this purpose) that solved my problem. Took about ten seconds. Try and find service like that elsewhere. Jim conducts business as it should be conducted, with integrity and a commitment to doing a job well. I can't imagine going to anyone else for home repair.
