Sales rep was nice but extremely pushy. Many calls, many stories, treated as best friend until the job was sold. But hey, it's business. I even got asked to give a reference for a future customer when I had just done a little research and hadn't yet seen their work firsthand. But he did give me direct contact info for several recent customers, who were really happy to talk to me and tell me their roof stories and what they liked and didn't like about this company. Rep also gave me addresses of recently done houses in a few colors I'd picked, so I could look and get an idea of what would work for me. I did end up going with them. I had one out of the ballpark estimate, two with better materials and warranties, and two with basic materials and warranties. This was one of the more basic estimates, suitable for my needs. The workers were good; they even worked the first day in high wind conditions but were pretty good at controlling the debris and ensuring safety (theirs and mine.) They were more realistic about the time involved than was the salesman; he also later did a really strange thing - he called me after the roof was complete and wanted me to call (not have someone call ME, but for me to call THEM) to persuade someone to use his company, because the potential customer was thinking about not using them. I later realized why this was so unnerving - he wanted me to do his sales job!! And he said he already had two other people calling this guy. I was going to recommend this company, but now I'm not so sure... I guess the company and work they did was good; it's just some of the things the sales guy did that were troubling.
