Emos answered when I called, came out the same day, was confident I did not need a new roof, and within a day replaced two exhaust vents, repaired some of the sheathing, and shingles. He even got shingles that match so you basically can't tell he was ever there except now the roof doesn't leak. Very detail-oriented craftsman. Most roofers and workers don't have the same dedication to perfection. Would not use anyone else.
