Rentals - Equipment
Reserved a 24 ft truck through their on-line service. Got a call the day before stating we had to drive 50 minutes to get the truck despite the fact that there were two locations within 5 miles of our house! Got there to pick up truck an informed they didn't have it. Waited 3 hours and finally was given a 17 ft truck. We paid for a one way move and they would only give us the in town rate and made us drive it BACK to the same location over an hour away from the destination. The contents of our home did not fit and we had to get another truck the next weekend. Customer service people hung up on me serval times when I complained.
