 + 1 moreHe is a local contractor that lives down the road from us. He is really good and very reasonable too. He is excellent. He comes in, does the job and takes all the debris away. He fixes everything. If he sees anything outside the normal along the way, he just kind of puts it right in there and repairs it for us at no extra charge. He has a lot of great ideas for design. He is just a wonderful guy to work with. He is very quiet and we trust him. Generally both of us go to work. We just leave the house open to him. He comes and goes as he pleases. He leaves the work place all cleaned up. His price is good. We contacted another company when we did our two bathrooms. They wanted to do the job for $65000 using medium grade appliances and faucets. But this guy came in at $30000 using high quality stuff. It was done at the time when his jobs were drying up quickly than they were coming to him. He was really glad to get it. So he just came and did this whole thing for us.
Description of Work: Locascio Tile & Marble did the bathrooms for us. He did all the kitchen counters and stuff. He put in granite for the kitchen, the computer room and laundry room.
