I needed a new accountant. Gail and her staff were professional, prompt, answered all my questions and are amazing to work with.

A very responsive, and extremely professional and friendly team that did a wonderful job with my taxes and my personal 'situation.' They delivered back to me a very nice "To do" list with pre-printed envelopes and instructions, a nicely bound copy of the taxes, and a folder with all the supporting materials. Very happy with the service provided. Gail was also up front with pricing based on a quick call and stuck to the estimate, which of course is very appreciated.

Good. But I have actually been going to Gail Rosen for about 18 years for help with taxes and more. Why? 

I had a problem 18 years ago that I needed help with. I called Gail to see if she could do the work I needed. Even though it would benefit her firm to do the work, she suggested a better, more cost effective way, for me to get that service done. Her integrity impressed me tremendously and I've been going back ever since. She has a team of happy, hard working, conscientious staff that are always delightful to work with.

I have used Gail Rosen's service for about 18 years. As always, they are thorough and very professional. The reason that I place my trust in Gail is that 18 years ago I asked her a question. The answer that would have benefited me, was not the one she gave me. She answered with what would be best for our company. Her integrity demonstrated was enough to keep me coming back for both her help in taxes for all our companies but also for advice and direction, when merited, on financial, tax related strategies.

We were just getting started on this process. (The fee is for the total process.) I had several of her staff helping me get through some hurdles to find them the information they needed to proceed.


But I'd like to add...I have been going to Gail Rosen for 18 years. She wasn't the first firm I went to but has been the last. The reason? I asked her a question at the beginning of working with her, that if she answered one way her company would earn more income, than the answer she gave me. Instead, she steered me to what would best serve my company rather than hers. That impressed me and is the reason that she continues to serve not only in handling our tax returns, but as a resource of knowledge and integrity for other financial matters.

All of the staff of Gail Rosen CPA PC have always been there to help me. If I call ... they always help and are friendly too, even in some tough situations I have been through. They know their stuff.

Right off the bat I was impressed with Gail Rosen and her office. Not only did she handle my call personally the day I called looking for accounting services, but she or her office staff (Pam) communicated almost daily via email. I really appreciated the personal, friendly touch and their professionalism and quality work was top-notch. My busy schedule prevented me from making it into her office, but that wasn't a problem. She was able to accept my tax documents and receipts via email. A short week later Pam called to say everything was ready and just needed our signatures. They even filed electronically for me. My husband and I are already planning our 2014 return thanks to tips from Gail as well. We will gladly use her services again. A+ all around.

Gail and her team did great job preparing our individual 2013 tax return. Everything was done according to the plan with great attention to details. Gail was also very accessible for conference calls with our former tax advisor company (large multinational firm) for tax return review and it turned out her calculations were much more accurate than theirs.. I intend to use Gail’s team for our future tax return prep for both, personal and business.

Gail Rosen's Office took me on as a customer late in the tax season to do a tax return for a trust. I am using this firm again in 2014.
