In the beginning job went well. Gary was recommended to me by my neighbor who was a manager for a contracting company that had used Gary's services in the past, and the 2 were friendly. So I hired Gary to the do the job, and should have known early that the signs were bad. His crew was using a bobcat in the back, and ran into my Jeith fence that surounded my pool and da,aged a post and a section that I needed to have replaced. They also ran over a corner of my conrete patio and cracked off a triangle shaped area. I pointed these items out, and he wasnt so receptive, but after my neighbor got involed he agreed to knock something off the price for thr damage. What a sport he is. Fast forward to shortly after my work was done, maybe about a year or so, my neighbor moved back to Israel. I had mentioned to both him and Gary that there was an issue with the wall and it needed to be checked out, Gary kept saying he would come but never did. After my neighbor moved to Israel, i kept leaving messages for Gary as he would not answer the phone, sent him certified letters with pictures and nothing. Not even a courtesy phone call.
My wall has seperated at the rear corner, and my land that was once level is now on a 20 degree pitch torwards the wall, so the soil is eroded through the gaping 13inch wide gap that opened in the wall. The ground is pitched down so much that my kid's swingset that sits in that area is no longer level, it too is leaning backwards. If you stand at the side and look at it...the front of the set is higher than the rear. (and this is not a little aliminum swing set, this is one of those big Rainbow things with the tree house built in, so it's not like it's something that can just be moved to a different area) . To make matters worse, the wall that is moving faces my neighbors property and he is concerned it's become a safety hazad for his children as well. I have sent Gary certified letter's telling him of the potential danger, even got the signed receipt back from the post office, and still not a phone call, nothing.
All it would have cost him to fix it was a few hours of his crew's labor to close up the wall, now I've had to go out and 3-4 estimates to have the wall repaired, and today I have filed suit against them in Somerset County Court - Special Civil Part.
If you want your lawn cut, or leaves cleaned up you're probably safe, but anything else....RUN somewhere else.

Gary is the owner and is very hands on.He has a team that works hard and follows direction.  I had my back and front yard transformed.  My back yard included a large patio with Belgard pavers.  I also had a sink installed.  They yard was also filled in with dirt to level out, sprinkler system installed as well as sod.  There was a few delays based on unforseen issues, but Gary did his best to work through the issues.  The front yard was completely transformed as well, fill dirt, sod, sprinklers and also added further landscaping.  Gary brought us to a nursery he ises to pick out the layout for the yard.   He is very skilled in his trade.i could not be happier with the results.  He does alot of work in my neighborhood and I recommend him to everyone.

They did a good job.  We found them to be very professional, had competitive prices, and they do come follow up when there are problems.
