The gentleman that came out clearly explained my system, my problem, and ways that I can service my system personally. King's responded the day I called even at the beginning of the peak season.

He was polite and professional. His work is excellent. Very conscientious and honest. The best price as well!

Joe discussed various options without any pressure. He answered all of our questions. He and his crew arrived on time and completed the work as stated. Joe would not take the final payment until we were totally happy. And we are very happy with his work.

If you have a geothermal unit, look no further. Howard came out and not only serviced the geothermal unit, he also took his time to patiently explain to me how the entire sytem works. This was important as I just purchased the home and really did not understand the first thing about geothermal heating and cooling. The funny thing is that he said his partner Mike knows even more about Geothermal!
Also, Howard came across as an extremely ethical person who will not overcharge or over reccomend unnecessary service. I would definitely recommend Kings and will only use them in the future.

I called at night and the technician was there the next day. He quickly found and repaired the problem. The only charge was for an hours labor.

In the spring of 2008 another company found a leak in my AC and repaired (???) it. A year later when I turned the AC on it was not working. King came out and using equipment the other company did not use found a leak internally in a coil unit. They replaced the unit and since then I have had no further problems.
