ZEME HEATING & AIR COND

Contacted Ed Zeme when our old furnace pilot light would not stay lit. He promptly came out to check out our problem. He was very honest and said he could repair our old unit, but explained how much energy we were wasting with the 20+ year old units. He also explained about the tax credits we could take advantage of with energy efficient replacements. He gave us a quote on the spot and it was such a great price we decided to go forward as soon as possible. We made an appointment for installation and removal of our old units about a week later. On the installation and removal date, Ed arrived promptly with one helper. They were very careful about not making any messes in our home. They put protection down on our carpets to protect them from dirt while removing the old furnace and while walking back and forth to their van. The installation was complete in one day and they were very diligent in cleaning up anything they disrupted. When they had the new equipment up and running, they took the time to explain how to properly operate and maintain everything! Even thought we have,nt had to do so, they also told us to call anytime if we ever have any questions. Overall a GREAT experience!
