Yvette provided basically every service you can imagine making our shortsale work.
I've already provided a verbal over the phone reference for Yvette to another prospective client of hers and I would not hesitiate to do so again.
Yvette handled all aspects and was willing to show up at our home even when we couldn't to handle inspections or let anyone in to do what we needed to do to close the sale.
Her office also handled all the title work and was always in contact with our mortgage underwriter, banks, and seller who was in Florida!
Everything went super smooth and Yvette makes every effort even with her lower commisions to close the sale - she is that good and willing to help!
Yvette had electricians come in and recommended an awesome short sale lawyer and home inspector.
I've written about them as well!
Yvette is always reachable via e-mail and phone and she would call back right away with any question.
Most realtors give you a thank you and enjoy your house but Yvette was super thoughtful and had a bottle of wine and Entertainment Book on our steps one evening before we got in.
Try Yvette and you will not be disappointed. 2 years in our home and absolutely love it!
