In this day and age when the average person views hiring a contractor, Bill Palumbo and his workers are a breath of fresh air. If you need work done on your heating- a/c system, stop looking and hire them. They made absolutely sure the job was completed correctly--within the cost estimate given. For my Masonic Brothers, one of the workers is a Mason. As soon as I found that out, I was no longer concerned about the project.

Bill Palombi was very prompt and courteous in providing proposal. His associates did an efficient job in installation and cleanup.
