We had bugs in the kitchen.  We were getting crazy high quotes but Stephens came out SAME DAY and took care of the problem for less than $100.  Very quick nice.  Almost two months later, no ant problems at all!

They came out quickly and were very efficient when they got here. Stephen himself came out! He was very good with communication throughout the job.

He examined the entire property, garage included and determined the mice problem was solely in the kitchen area. He set some bait traps in various spots around the kitchen and also put some in the garage. He said it would take about 4 to 6 days to see results and he was accurate. Problem eliminated.

We’ve used him before and have always been very happy. However this last experience was not satisfactory. He came in and set about 7 traps around our house. Based on the smell, he thought it was a dead animal. A few weeks later we noticed some of the traps were missing. He came back and spoke with my husband. He put out new traps, which were baited. 5 days later, most of the traps were gone again. Again, he came to set traps to catch the animals and about 30 minutes after he left we saw a squirrel in the backyard moving a trap. He never caught any of the animals, but he billed me full price for coming out to "service my home" 3 times. I said it didn’t make sense as the job wasn’t done. He explained he needed to pay for the traps and his time coming out to my home. He charged me $64.20 on 3 different days, even though he was only in my house for about 5 minutes. I’d be happy to pay him a small service charge. He said he wouldn’t be willing to modify the bill. I stayed calm on the phone. I told him I understand animals are taking the traps, but he should have secured them better so they would not have been moved in the first place. In the end I did pay him in full, but I am currently searching for other options on my area.

Anytime I call him for service he is always on time for me. He does a thorough job and after he is done the problem is gone. I like that he is a family man and local to the area.
