It went well overall. They worked directly with my insurance company which paid everything except my deductible, which is what I listed as price paid.
Description of Work: This company was very responsive when I first discovered mold and came and discovered the problem: a shower leaking into the crawl space. Once they got started, and it took 3 weeks, they were very good. My only concern was that the boss, Steve, and the workers did not seem to communicate well. Steve had told me some things that should be done, but the workers who came each day did not always know this. Seems they communicate only orally, no written directions. They attempted to have the same lead each day, which helped. They did a huge job of cleanup, working with the industrial hygienist until all mold levels were acceptable again.
