Mike K. was very easy to deal with. I feel that I got a fair price and the work performed was done very professionally. My foundation/footing was very thick so the excessive jack-hammering actually jarred up my main sewer pipe. Must have shook some crud off the inside of the pipe which caused a couple clogs. Mike was very stand-up about it and came out a couple times after the job was complete to snake the main sewer pipe for me. 3+ years later, no issue with the sewer pipe, French drain, sump pump, basin, paint, etc. Highly recommend. I was actually reminded to write this interview because my wife and I are looking at bigger homes which may need a French drain. I would definitely call Mike again in a heartbeat.

I know the project went well when at each step of the way the Cherry
Hill Township inspector complimented the job. (This inspector apparently
has a reputation for being a stickler for details). 
Mike K and his team are personable, hard working and professional.  The
work of basement waterproofing is very dirty and they left my house each
day just as clean as it was before they arrived.  I found the whole
process to be quite enjoyable.  I shopped around with probably a dozen
waterproofing companies and most engaged in scare tactics and high
pressure sales techniques.  Mike K, instead, offered his price and I did
not hear from him again until I reached out about a month later. 
Further, I liked his approach to waterproofing (i.e., used pvc like
piping with holes instead of the corrugated piping; placed the piping
alongside the footings, not on top of it; placed waffle board above weep
holes, and then cemented back to wall to prevent excessive moisture
from entering basement).
I am very a fastidious person. Mike K is similarly detail-oriented and
takes great pride in his work.  I highly recommend this company. This
was one of the best contracting companies with which I've dealt......and
I've dealt with plumbers, electricians, roofers, exterior home
painters, and HVAC contractors.
