It went great. Very easy to work with and took care of everything they said they would. The installation was clean and looks great where they entered and exited the house with piping.

RPM was very prompt and thorough.  We had an ac unit stop working and they came out to the house to install a new one the next day.  Their pricing was very reasonable and they walked us through in making the best selection of ac unit for our house.  The installer was professional.  The owner was very hands on through the entire process.  I would highly recommend them.

Came out to look everything over the day after I called. Said they could do the job the next day and be done in one day. Everything went very smoothly and all of the workers were very pleasant and respectful. I definitely would recommend them. It couldn't have gone better.

The condo above me had a frozen pipe that burst and sent water into my bedroom and around the heater and the water froze due to bitter cold temperatures and the heat went out.  I realized this about 6pm after all the efforts to clean up the bedroom as much as possible. I live in Marlton and made several calls all advising me that no one could come out for 2 days.  RPM called back and sent someone last night.  The young man had been working on other locations who were ahead of me and called to apologize for being late but assured me he would get there and he did around 11pm and worked to replace a part and was amazed that the heater did kick back on.  He had been working outside most of the night and my heater was also outside in the heating storage area off the porch.  
The RPM guy was cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable and I appreciated his coming because I was concerned at that point about my own pipes freezing with the sub-zero temperatures.  It was a very favorable experience.  I would definitely recommend their company and services and very appreciative of their willingness to help me.  Elsie Kerns, Marlton, NJ

I selected Rpm based off of Angie's List recommendations. I have a second and third floor condo. The central air went, and I elected to replace the heating system and hot water heater too. I couldn't be happier with the work. They used Rheem HVAC products and a Bradford White hot water heater. They brought a plumber to swap out the hot water heater. It was all included in the quote from Rpm. Everything was done within 5 hours. They were very professional. The total bill was just shy of $5400.00 for everything. I would recommend RPM to family and friends without reservations.

Excellent Service, quick turn around, reasonable cost. I have used RPM for years now. I even got quotes from other companies for this replacement. Competitors couldn't beat their price. RPM has very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Definitely will be sticking with them for all my future HVAC needs.

Rpm Heating and Air Conditioning is the ones who installed the heating and air conditioning. He was in and out. He was very prompt and very knowledgeable. He blew out the thing, undid part of the casing around it to check the pan to make sure there wasn't a hole in it and he said if I had more problem with it then I could have a hole in it because the heater unit is over 20 years old. He told me exactly what that would cost and who to call because it wouldn't have been to come out, it would have been another part of the heating company. Luckily for us, it hasn't leaked since. He knew exactly what he was doing. I thought the price was a little much.

We just got this unit installed last thursday and its located on our first floor in laundry room. On of our problems with our older system was that it was very very noisy, you could hear it throughout entire house and it was about 24 years old so it wasnt at all efficient. This new rheem unit is so unbelieveable quiet and efficient. I'm so thrilled with rpms work and I would without a doubt recommend them to my family and friends. They went above and beyond our expectations. They replaced all our old copper pipes without any extra charge. Priced extremely right. Our other quote for the same thing was over $6,000. Job well done, THANKYOU!

Left message with answering service around 7:45 AM; received call back when office opened around 8. Repairman showed up before 11 and problem was taken care of within 30 minutes. Very satisfied with entire experience.

Called office several times over the course of a week or ten days looking for estimate on new system. Did not receive call back until we called asking for emergency service. The technician who came to the house was very helpful and professional.
