Ben did a great job with our PC. It was taking 10+ mins to boot up and ages and ages to load any software or files. Now with a new SSD and upgraded RAM and other adjustments, we are humming. 10 seconds to boot up and files/software load instantly. Very pleased. And he dropped the computer off to my house on a Sunday. And his prices were very reasonable.
