This is the second time we used Pop's electric. The first time we had an attic fan installed with no issues. Then we had a bathroom fan replaced. The bathroom ceiling leaked after the first heavy rain. I spoke to Kim at Pop's and she sent Kevin and Chris back the next day after the storm. They were very apologetic and spent several hours working to correct the issue. The issue was resolved but the ceiling was stained. The owner Bob came back to repaint the ceiling . Bob , Kevin and Chris explained that this was the first time they had an issue like this with a bathroom fan replacement. Things do happen and no permanent damage was done. The staff at Pop's stood by their work and quickly resolved the problem. We plan to use Pop's for future electric work and would certainly recommend them.

Kevin and Chris were prompt. They clearly explained the work that needed to be done. They completed the work in a timely manner. They were neat and efficient. We were satisfied with their work and scheduled them to complete another project ( replacement of a bathroom fan.)

Fine, until he quoted the price. I was told when I made the appointment the charge would be $35.oo dispatch fee which I have never heard of I guess that's a service chg. And I was told it's $100.00 an hour. When I got my bill it was for $150.00 an hour and the dispatch fee. When I explained what I was told he ignored it and said $150. An hour. Oh yes if you want to charge it there is an extra 4% tacked on which they don't tell you. I think I will call someone else next time.

Have used them previously.  Estimate is thorough.  They are professional, friendly, neat and do a good job.  Have used others in the past but knew I would be using them again when I had the money for this project and brought them back.

Bob came out and provided a very thorough estimate which was more reality based than some of the others I had received who wanted me to have the sewer line removed for example to install a new box.  Scheduling was easy.  They came when they were supposed to.  They were neat, professional, friendly and completed the job with no issues.

When I called Pops Electrics, I was explained how pricing works for the kind of jobs I wanted to be done. I got an appointment for the following day. I asked to be called before the crew came, and was called. The electrician was used to go in low crawlspaces. He explained well what he did and the invoice matched the pricing I got over the phone.

Seamless. I requested a quote. Bob (owner) came out. Emailed the quote the next day. I authorized the work and the following week two of his electricians came out and did the job. No mess No problems. No extra charges.

On the day the work was to be done a Pops electric's van showed up bright and early.  The two men who were assigned to do the job were polite and very proffessional.  They came with all the materials needed to do the work.  All the materials used, the cable going into the watt meter, the panel, the grounding rods, were very high quality. The guys took their time and did a great job.  During the upgrade they questioned the integrity of the line coming into the house from the pole. So, they called PSE&G so that one of their linesman could inspect the line.  The PSE&G truck arrived quickly. The line was deemed acceptable but a branch needed to be cut to clear the line.  They cut the branch at no extra charge.   The panel fit perfectly in the wall, the dry wall that was removed intilally to accomodate the new panel was replaced. When they were fininshed the job site was clean. It was like no one was there that day.  I recommend this company.

I was exceptionally pleased with Bob from Pops Electric. He was able to diagnose and quickly fix a problem that had been caused by another contractor who broke the doorbell, thereby disabling the smoke derectors. He was punctual and professional, and knew right where to look to solve the problem. He said he was lucky, but if it was luck, I could have been lucky as well. It was knowing where to look and what to do to fix the problembwithout having to make holes. Great experience, would highly recommend!

Fabulous transaction. I called and an appointment was set up immediately. The workers were very prompt, courteous and professional. They came in and installed the ceiling fan in no time. I could not believe how quickly they were able to finish the job. I have been enjoying my new fan since the day it was installed. I would highly recommend the gang at Pop's Electric. If I ever need any electrical work done in the future, they will be receiving a call from me!

The Chandelier looks incredible, and Pops made sure I was happy with the work, as well as walked me through how to operate and care for the light lift. No 'hidden' costs either after the initial quote - Bob makes sure he's upfront if anything changes from the initial quote.
The same Pops associates (Kevin and Bob) who installed my generator last year were the same guys that came out yesterday so I knew there wouldn't be any issues. They were prompt, and took such care in prepping the area for minimum clean up (they left the place spotless when they were done) as well as going the extra step to get the chandelier hung perfectly inside the medallion.
Their attention to detail is incredible; they are my ONLY and quot;go-toand quot; for any of my electrical needs.

The job went EXCELLENT! The wiring necessary for the generator was not simple since the generator was going on one side of my house and the breaker box was at the furthest point on the opposite side of my house. In addition the wiring had to go through my finished basement that has full drywall ceilings! Everything went incredibly well and Bob and his associates are fantastic to deal
with...couldn't say enough good things about Pops Electric.

I needed to have my home inspected as per southampton twp., to sell my 1973 home. After inspecting, Bob informed me of a few repairs needed. He replaced some outlet covers, took out a water heater timer that was not up to code, installed GFCI outlets needed in the kitchen and bath, and remedied a malfunctioning outlet allowing the dishwasher to work again. He did all of this work surprisingly quickly. He was thorough and efficient, and his price seemed fair.

I placed an order with Bob the week after Super Storm Sandy. So we had to wait for the manufacture to build a unit. The unit was delivered to my house early-February, Bob was there for the delivery and placement, the plumber ran the gas, and 2 weeks later we had backup! I would recommend Pops Electric for any electrical need.
