Lorraine Silverman

When my husband and I got to the point where we were ready to buy a home we reached out to Lorraine. We were very unsure of what we were doing, but Lorraine made us feel very comfortable with the process and explained everything. she also answered any questions that we had. She showed us many houses. We fell in love with one that we put an offer in on, and she faught hard to make sure our offer looked competitive and fair. Unfortunately the deal fell through, but this was strictly due to the sellers not working with us- let alone anyone. We came to find out there was already an offer on the house before us and the same thing happened.We set out to find another home. Lorraine made us feel very excited to look for another go, and wouldn't ya know, we found the house that was meant for us. She helped us put in the offer, helped us with the inspection, the letters we needed to write to the sellers, going over the contract, she went over every single page with us in detail so we knew what we were getting into. We go to settlement on March 26th, and I woud recommend her to anyone! Thanks Lorraine! You're the best!
