Called Bailey's talked to receptionist, set up appt. The plumber called before arrival as requested so dog could be put away. work done quickly, Drain works well, no problems since. Price was reasonable.

The work took nearly seven hours during which he worked constantly. when he finished, he did a very good job cleaning up. Kevin Bailey explained each task he had to do and the kind of equipment he needed to install. He was courteous and friendly. We definitely recommend him for plumbing work.

He took his time and ran the snake in and out a few times to really clean the pipe.
Has been working fine ever since.
He also advised to make sure the water saver toilet gets a full flush to move the sewage down the pipe as they are prone to clog pipes easier because they dump less water into the pipe than the old toilets.
I thought he took his time and did a good job.

A friend of mine referred them to me because he was very happy with them. I was impressed with how cordial he was and how he explained to me what he was doing. I showed him what was happening, he looked at everything, then did what he thought was right by snaking the drain from the vent that is out on the curb. He spent a good two hours on it because it was pretty bad, but he got if free. I feel for the money I got good service and he took his time.
