Jim showed up on time and started working on the entrance to the kitchen and on the squeaks in our floor. He asked if I could find any other squeaks before he started to install the sub-floor. He installed the sub-floor for the remainder of the day. Jim was on time the second day and started installing the tile and finished by the end of the day. Jim came over on the third day (Saturday) to grout the floor while we were away. He was finished in a matter of hours. Jim really does a great job and continues to treat us and our home with respect.
