After 9 years visiting Dr. Glass, I will tell you he is very nice and gentle in talking about your life. I was a minor when I first visited Dr. Glass.
He is very busy just as any Psychiatrist and he does not spend much time with you doing psychotherapy, as psychologists would. He is a good doctor to go to if you think you need medicine to deal with problems in your life, but there is no long discussion of the problems that caused it.
The issue for me is the idea of using medication for life without thinking about the long term side effects. Every time I brought up a concern about a side effect, he would downplay it and say it may be my genes!
I am getting a second opinion about my diagnosis because I am worried about long term side effects from medications that he has prescribed. After reading the FDA label of the medications I am receiving, it worried me even more because I had most of those side effects.

He is very professional, and very current. Makes you feel very compfortable, and caring. He doesn't make you wait, unless of course there is an emergency. Never have any problems getting scheduled. He is always there! His staff is amazing as well. I have been seeing him for a very long time. His office is clean. Has a ton of current magazines. If I have a problem with my medication, he takes care of it right away.
