GRAZCO HOME IMPROVEMENTS

I found Grazco on Angie's List. I contacted them and a two other vendors to provide quotes. Their response was very punctual and the provided a detailed quote with a work plan. They explained their proposal which closely mirrored my requirements, and we came to an agreement on the scope of the project. They offered a competitive price. We agreed on a date to start the project and they contacted me to cofirm. They showed up on time each day and kept me apprised of each step. They were very thorough and the quality of the work was beyond my expectation. They finished the renovation as promised. They take pride in their work and it was evident in the results.

We wanted the work done as soon as possible, but were delayed due to glitches with the previous renter being delayed moving out. Once our unit was vacated, John Grazioli from Grazco ordered the necessary materials and completed work within 2 weeks.

We let John have a key to the property and all the work was completed in a timely and professional matter. When we got home, the work was complete and we did not need any additional fixes or changes.
We then put the property up for sale and all comments from both realtors and parties interested in purchasing were only positive about the condition of the unit.
Lastly, John kept in excellent contact with us before the work was done and he returned calls in a timely manor. Even though we were away, John also sent us emails updating us on his work.

They were quick to response to an emergency repair. They received my message after working on another job, and stopped by later in the afternoon to provide an estimate. They were able to start the same day to respond to my emergency sheet rock repair. John and his son did a very nice job building the soffit and painting the soffit. It blended in with the room. John ever recommended installing outside corners to make it a bit fancy. It really dresses it up.
