Debug It Computer Svcs/Virus Removal

NIGHTMARE, take it from someone who has never written a negative review on Yelp or elsewhere. In a nutshell. . . they did not complete work in timeframe agreed upon. . . set a pickup time, then tried to change it. . . closed the office and LEFT before our agreed-upon time. . . took nearly 24 hours to call me back and another lost workday to get the computer back to me. . . charged $280 for virus removal/protection and CHARGED ME for delivery after they skipped out on my pickup. Biggest insult, however, was instead of an apology, I received a sordid and detailed false accustation about my  notbeing there on time to pick up my computer (I was). They literally deny they were not there when they were supposed to be, and blamed me so that they could collect a bogus delivery fee. Also, I was told that by agreeing to the 5:30pm pickup time, they had to "stay 1/2 late" -- their website clearly states a 7pm close time. Please, do more research than I did and believe the consumer complaints online. I sure wish I had. Live and learn the hard way.
