They have always been professional, courteous and expedient. The work they did was good. We have used them since I got my car which is a couple of years ago.

They are a little more expensive because they are a dealership.

I like them and they are an excellent dealership. They treat the customers well and provide wonderful service.

I take it there because I bought my car there. The car has a ten-year warranty. One of the things that I like is that if I have to wait for something, they will take you home and pick you up, and the quality of service has been fine.

Went for an estimate on a new car with a trade. Told the sales rep everything I needed including the price I wanted to pay. After 30 minutes of wasting time, they presented me with a proposal that was DOUBLE the monthly payment. Obviously, they suckered me in to staying but I finally left. Told the rep it will be a cold day in h*** before I ever step foot in the dealership

Burns Hyundai is reliable and are experts. They've always been very knowledgeable about what they're doing and will call you. They have a service that if you don't have a way to get back and forth they have a drop off service that'll drop you off or pick you up so that you can pick up your car. They send you a lot of coupons through the internet and through the mail, so usually when you get a tune-up or an oil change or general maintenance you get a break on your service cost. I've never had any problems with anybody there, so I would say that their professionalism is excellent.

They were great to deal with, but what I really like is if you ever take your car in they are fantastic. They will drive you around and pick you up from places.

My husband took the car in and I wasn't there. The price of the tire was ridiculous, but it was pretty standard. It was about $300 for one tire and my husband was not happy about it but we are going to be taking a long drive so we figured we better replace it. We bought the car there and we were not happy about the buying experience. I wanted to walk out and my husband said we should do it. I was in the car business before and I didn't like the way we were treated. We received a survey from the car manufacturer and I really took them to town. They mishandled the whole thing horribly but my husband really liked the car. They have been pretty good for servicing the car. The last time we had service done, my husband had to wait quite a while. It was much longer than they told him it would. They had to download some computer stuff for the recall and they said it would take about 20 minutes and it took a lot longer than that. It is a good car and we can't complain about the car. They would be better to say that it is going to take 2 hours and then be done in 1 1/2 hours, but they don't do it that way. My grading is based on the service and not when we bought the car. Their quality is good and we've never had any problem with that. We have never had to call them about anything. They are professional. They are not that close to us but we will continue to use them since we bought the car there. My husband was upset because it took longer than they said it would so he was not happy when he came home because he had other things to do.

They may charge a little more than other places, but the mechanics are professionally trained. For me, they are worth the cost. They stand by their work, and I know that it will be done correctly.
